Three Cyclone Engineer postdoctoral research associates won research awards and funding from the Iowa State University PostDoc Association. Azahar Ali, postdoc in electrical and computer engineering, won a Postdoctoral Scholar Research Excellence Award. Joy Donald, industrial specialist at the Center for Industrial Research and Service, will receive an Iowa State University Professional and Scientific Outstanding New Professional Award at the university award ceremony on Sept. 23.
