ME alum named 9th president of Carnegie Mellon University

Subra Suresh (MSME’79) has been named Carnegie Mellon University’s new president, succeeding Jared L. Cohon, who is stepping down from the position after 16 years. Suresh will assume the post of CMU president on July 1. Read the full story.

NSF director wraps up campus visit (updated)
