With funding from the National Science Foundation, the Biological Materials and Processes Research Experience for Undergraduates (BioMaP REU) will provide mentored research experiences with 15 research projects offered. The program will be held from May 30 – August 4 and will again host undergraduate students from around the nation who are pursuing bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering or a related curriculum.

Each student is paired with a CBE faculty mentor to conduct work on the research program they selected in the application process. Department graduate students also assist with the mentoring of the program participants.
