Halil Ceylan and a group of Iowa State engineers are testing heated pavement technologies at the Des Moines International Airport. The research is supported by the Federal Aviation Administration’s Center of Excellence Partnership to Enhance General Aviation Safety, Accessibility and Sustainability.
