Iowa State University Associated General Contractors (AGC) Student Chapter was awarded second place in the 2010 AGC Outstanding Student Chapter Contest for its work building new handicap accessible ramps along the Skunk River Water Trail in Ames. The group brought together numerous local organizations to invest nearly 300 man-hours building the ramps to benefit their community.
