On Tuesday, March 23, Governor Culver accepted the 2009 Joseph H. Oakey Excellence in Education Award from Project Lead the Way, Inc. The award honors Iowa’s commitment both to the PLTW organization and to providing greater access to higher education for Iowa’s students.
