Local FIRST LEGO team wins Global Innovation Award

A prosthetic device created by a Girl Scout team from Ames and Gilbert―known as the “Flying Monkeys”―has earned the team the inaugural FIRST Global Innovation Award, presented by the X PRIZE Foundation.
