DALLAS – Fish & Richardson has named Iowa State University graduate Bret Winterle as a principal in the firm’s IP Litigation Group in Dallas.
Winterle represents clients in patent litigation matters involving telecommunications, semiconductors, e-commerce, banking, payments, electronic messaging, computer software, business methods, medical devices, and oil and gas drilling technologies. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2003 and his B.S. in mechanical engineering, with distinction, Tau Beta Pi, Pi Tau Sigma, from Iowa State University in 2000.
