The College of Engineering has again reached a new milestone in student enrollment.
This year, the college saw a growth of 460 students to bring the college’s total enrollment to 6,932. This total comprises 5,935 undergraduate students and 997 graduate students. The college’s enrollment increase contributes to the university’s record enrollment of 29,887 students.
“The college and the university have set another standard in enrollment that reflects the importance we place on making this a great place for students to learn,” said College of Engineering Dean Jonathan Wickert. “As students and their families are attracted to the quality and value of the ISU engineering program, our student services and advising staff have worked diligently to make sure we are meeting the needs of our students. This, combined with the extraordinary work of our faculty, is a big part of why students choose to come to Iowa State.”
