Iowa Public Radio featured two Iowa State University professors on its Talk@12 program on Tuesday, May 19th. Host Greg Shanley talked with Bill Gallus, professor of geological and atmospheric sciences, and Partha Sarkar, professor and director of the Wind Simulation and Testing Laboratory in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, about last year’s Parkersburg, Iowa, tornado. Shanley also spoke with Iowa State graduate students chasing storms for research.
