The Iowa section of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing has earned a Silver ranking in ASNT’s President’s Award Standing. The ranking recognizes outstanding section management, operations and outreach activities.
Zhan Zhang, research scientist at Iowa State University’s Center for Nondestructive Evaluation, leads the Iowa ASNT section.
“Last year, ASNT Iowa section celebrated for our first ASNT President’s Award. This year, we are proud that our section moved up a ranking from Bronze to Silver, and we look forward to continuing our networking and collaborating activities that advance the field of nondestructive evaluation,” said Zhang.
