A lot of creativity – and caffeine – were flowing at the 10th-annual HackISU “invention marathon” on Oct. 19-21.
HackISU brings together teams of undergrads to create, invent and produce a wide variety of software and hardware projects in a 36-hour-long hackathon. HackISU teams created everything from fully-autonomous robots to apps that tell you when your food is going to expire to games that use machine-vision.
The HackISU event is Iowa’s largest hackathon and includes students from all over campus. Students also have the opportunity to network with representatives from HackISU sponsor companies. Check out this video for more on HackISU!
