Jacek A. Koziel, associate professor of agricultural and biosystems engineering, has been named by Waste Management journal as a top reviewer of 2017.
Waste Management focuses on “solid waste generation, characterization, minimization, collection, separation, treatment and disposal,” and Koziel was one of only five top reviewers that works in the United States.
The reviewers were chosen based on the number and quality of their reviews in Waste Management, which is currently ranked 9th out of 50 environmental engineering journals and 25th out of 241 environmental science journals, according to the Journal Citation Reports.
