Iowa State’s Engineering Policy and Leadership Institute hosted a symposium titled “National Energy and Transportation: Investment Strategies through 2050” on Monday, November 30. Professor Jim McCalley of electrical and computer engineering said its goal was to help guide public discourse and policymaking in causing energy and transportation to become more efficient and sustainable.
