Starting April 13, 2015, Jennifer Winter (BSCE’97) will be the new public works director for the city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Winter is a regional director for HR Green, Inc., in Cedar Rapids. She will oversee the city’s 200-employee Public Works Department.
