ME faculty receive Presidential Initiative for Interdisciplinary Research awards

Daniel Attinger, associate professor of mechanical engineering, and Reza Montazami, assistant professor of mechanical engineering, both received awards from the Presidential Initiative for Interdisciplinary Research program created by President Steven Leath. Attinger received a proof-of-concept award of up to $100,000 for one year. Ming-Chen Hsu receives Chancellor’s Dissertation Medal

Team PrISUm hopes for Texas heat at this summer’s Formula Sun Grand Prix

AMES, Iowa – Two big projects are crowding the Team PrISUm garage this summer. Walk in and the left side of the garage is full of 4-foot by 8-foot sheets of polyurethane foam.
