Description: The NCMA Education and Research Foundation of the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association established the Graduate Student SRW Researcher Scholarship Program for full-time students pursuing master’s or doctorate degrees researching segmental retaining walls and/or geosynthetically reinforced mechanically stabilized earth technology at eligible colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. The purpose of this program is to support students pursuing research in the engineering field while encouraging innovative design, application, or utilization of segmental retaining wall products in the built environment. Rupsa Roy is the inaugural recipient of the 2025 Graduate Student SRW Researcher Scholarship.
