Brian Peters has been promoted to plant manager at Grain Processing Corporation (GPC). He joined the company in 2006 as Sweetener Division engineer and has held positions in other departments, including the Research Department, and most recently served as MALTRIN® Division superintendent. Peters is a graduate of Iowa State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural engineering.
