Leslie Potter, senior lecturer of industrial engineering, along with her sons Jack, Sam, and Will, developed the LEGO Mystery Machine building competition, designed to teach kids engineering skills and principles while having fun. Approximately 20 teams of kids ages 5 to 13 participated this year at the 4-H Building at the Bremer County fair.
